Ingredients
  • 1scoop protein powder
  • 2Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2whole carrots, shredded
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp nutmeg
  • 4Tbsp coconut milk or water
  • 1/4cup nut butter(sunflower, almond, etc.)
  • 2Tbsp raw cacao powder(or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1/2cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl — EXCLUDING the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  2. Put the mix into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to form.
  3. Line a tray with wax or parchment paper.
  4. Form the ingredients into little balls. Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  5. Add the balls to the tray.
  6. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
