Ingredients
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 whole carrots, shredded
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 Tbsp coconut milk or water
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (sunflower, almond, etc.)
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl -- EXCLUDING the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  2. Put the mix into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to form.
  3. Line a tray with wax or parchment paper.
  4. Form the ingredients into little balls. Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  5. Add the balls to the tray.
  6. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
