Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 Tbsp nut butter (almond, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or stevia - only a few drops needed)
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed well.
  2. Put the mix into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to form.
  3. Line a tray with wax or parchment paper.
  4. Form into balls and roll each ball in a bowl of shredded coconut. Optional: dust them with more cacao for an extra boost of antioxidants.
  5. Place on a lined dish and place in freezer for 10 minutes prior to serving
