Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter (sunflower seed, almond, etc.)
  • 3 Tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl -- EXCLUDING the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  2. Put the mix into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to form.
  3. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  4. Form the ingredients into balls. Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  5. Add the balls to the tray. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
