Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon, cut into 4 filets
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 whole limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rinse the salmon and pat it dry. Place the filets on a baking sheet.
  3. Rub each filet with coconut oil and lime juice.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder.
  5. Allow the filets to marinate for at least 15 minutes before roasting.
  6. Roast the salmon for about 10 to 12 minutes.
