Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened non-dairy)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a sealed container. Shake well.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
