Hi! I’m Lisa Cummings, I am a Health Coach and my passion is nutrition and wellness. I want to help you achieve your wellness goals right here in Pittsburgh. My programs are holistic and incorporate the four pillars of health: lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition. They include simple, effective ways to help people feel happier, energized and live longer.
My health coaching programs are designed for parents, caregivers and adults. They are offered in a workshop format, online study or one-on-one sessions. I also offer programs designed for schools, the workplace or organizations, such as sports camps or church groups.
